As we deal in food items such as spices, flours, and edible oils, returns are generally not accepted once the product is delivered, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
However, we do offer support and resolution in the following genuine cases:
- If you receive a damaged product
- If a wrong product is delivered
- If the product is expired or leaking at the time of delivery

To raise a return or replacement request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Once the issue is verified by our team, we will proceed with either:
- Sending a replacement product, or
- Issuing a refund, based on product availability and your preference

For safety and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
